You can cancel your order only before dispatch.
Once the order is packed and handed over to the courier partner, no cancellation will be accepted.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No cancellation or refund will be processed after the order has been shipped.
