At Krushiudyog Agro Agencies, Washim, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict and time-bound return and refund policy as outlined below.
A refund or return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product must be reported as damaged or defective immediately upon delivery.
A complete unboxing video showing the damage must be shared at the time of delivery or within 3 days.
To be eligible for a refund or return:
You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.
The video must be shared either via email at agribazar.info@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91-7875573323.
Note: No refund or return will be entertained without the unboxing video proof.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
The return request is made after 3 days from the date of delivery.
No unboxing video was shared or the video does not clearly show the damage.
The product has been used or is not in its original packaging.
If your return request is approved:
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will not include shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
